Never have good experience with any of the locations. They going down hill

The service was trash. They forgot half of our food and Katelyn was so anxious to smoke her cigarette, we had to come back 3 times. The FOURTH time they gave us part of our food and lock the door. They didn't answer the phone or door. We had to wait for an employee to come out the door to throw trash away to ask him for the rest of our food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE.AND THE WORSE PART WAS THEY MADE US STAY AND WAIT LIKE THEY WERE GOING TO BRING THE REST OF THE FOOD OUT AND WHEB THEY CAME OU … – show

I would give 0 stars if I could the food was horrible and they forgot a side on my to go order

Chili's on North Mall don't take pride in their work My Husband food was hard and my Food was burnt it just was a horrible experience they should learn to take pride in their work because you never know who coming to order and who's a food critique

If you can't handle customers, please lock up. It is not the customers fault and we deserve better.
