Chili's Grill - Baron Rouge

Went for a birthday dinner for 7! Pulled off the interstate the restaurant Chili's looks so dark it looks CLOSED! Get inside to our tables, the interior lighting was so dim you can't see the menu unless you use flashlight on your phone. The order taker was terrible, the guy who actually bought out our drinks and food gave more service. I ordered smokehouse combo 3 meats(half rack ribs, chicken tenders, brisket quesadilla)! Everything was hot and fresh. The waitress was very nice and attentive. We got our food quickly and was able to enjoy it. The waitress came with refills as soon as our cups were empty. Everything was great!

The food provided was adequate (nobody expects gourmet from them, to be fair) but the delivery order facilitator completely missed the side order for one of the two meals — and the store said we'd have to come into the store for them to “make it right” (whatever that would mean). If you must order delivery from them, inspect the order carefully when it arrives BEFORE letting the driver go. It's your only leverage.

Restaurant seemed understaffed and took a lil while to be seated but i ordered a steak and it was pretty damn good. Service was cool also

Food okay, drinks too watery. Make sure to ask for less ice like I had to after having first drink
