Hardee’s - Barnwell

Too much mayo and ketchup on both sandwiches, and the fries were cold.

Ordered two medium combos, coke zero came in a medium cup and lemonade came in a small. I questioned why, and was told it only comes in a small cup. I don't understand why lemonade is served in a different cup.

Detailed order given and repeated to be sure, rung up correctly on receipt, gone over again by them when order handed over, got home and it was wrong! Had to return back to place.. ugh ugh! ?

This place unfortunately is only good when a certain mgr is on duty. I order a chili dog combo with extra onions, they brought it to me Luke warm. The manager or who ever supposed to put my money back on my card had an attitude. Customer satisfaction comes first in any business. They still haven't posted my money back on my card. The manager told me the food ain't warm it's good. If she call Luke warm fries and a chili dog good food she has no business in food service. Little did she know I, am a retired chef. When you have these kinds of people representing your business you want be in business long. This was April 5th, 2024 on a Friday.

Order not correct, then food was cold, almost like it had been sitting for a while. And we were the only lobby customers. Only 2 cars thru drive-thru at the time we were there.
