Great doggo, lovely food and presentation but such small portions... we left more hungry than when we entered.

Relaxed dog friendly cafe with so much choice, we opted for the Buddha Bowls which were delicious and enormous! Considering the ingredients used which are not cheap they really are a steal for the price. The lady that served us was very polite and friendly we wouldn’t hesitate to return if we come back to the area in the future.

The establishment is amazing. Not only do they have a gym, but you can also enjoy a massage after dining at the cafe. It's fantastic.

I visited Aleafia for lunch while on holiday in the area. This beautiful cafe on the first floor had a wellness space, treatment rooms, and eco products for sale, giving off a real community vibe. The menu had plenty of options to choose from, and although I wanted to try more, I ultimately went with the Buddha bowl featuring sweet potato and black beans. It was one of the best Buddha bowls I've ever had - absolutely delicious and nourishing. The seed topping added a nice crunch and flavor, and the cheezy sauce was divine. The cafe is dog-friendly and even has a resident dog named Lady who is very friendly. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I look forward to returning someday!
