For a tiny little shop wedged into a corner of Cape Cod Hospital, they serve very good coffee with some nice choices of pastry, Danish and breakfast sandwiches.

The desserts here are fantastic, particularly their cakes and cupcakes. Be sure to try the Thai chicken wrap, which comes with peanut sauce and ginger slaw; I recommend ordering extra peanut sauce on the side. It’s absolutely delicious! Just make sure to order it early, as they tend to sell out towards the end of the day.

They prepare delicious food and treats to take to patients. My children have always enjoyed their macaroons.

The food at Casual Gourmet in Cape Cod Hospital is fantastic. The market salad with chicken and the potato-topped chicken pot pie were both incredibly delicious! I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area or visiting.

The Casual Gourmet is a coffee shop in the lobby of the Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis. The place is very small but they do a very good job with the space they have. The coffee is always hot and fresh, they have a nice variety of pastries and sandwiches. The people who work here are very friendly and organized. It's a great place for a quick bite and a good cup of coffee.
