Pizza Palace Goldthorpe - Barnsley

We ordered a kids kebab meat meal that was cold and burnt. We also ordered 2 poppadoms but received chips and onion rings instead. This will be the first and last time ordering from this restaurant. The Partners meal was fine, but the food was served cold.

Ordered a delivery at 730pm it arrived at 930pm absolutely ridiculous 2hrs waiting by the time it finally arrived the evening was spoiled will never trust them again

Ordered mixed shish kebab with red cabbage, received chicken donner kofta with salad, no red cabbage. Swimming in grease, rang was told they ran out of lamb shish. Not acceptable

I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant for the first time, and it will definitely be my last. The menu indicated that our items came with rice, but our order did not include any. Additionally, we requested bread instead of wraps, but wraps were delivered instead. When my wife called to inquire, they claimed they had run out of bread and substituted wraps, which contradicts their menu. They also insisted that rice is not always included, even though the menu specifically states otherwise. To make matters worse, they called us after the order to inform us of an additional charge because we asked for our sauce to be served in a separate container without mentioning the lack of bread or rice. In summary, this experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Our go to family takeaway. Always great food and lovely friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble.
