Darfield has always had a fish and chip shop in the middle of town, but it has some new changes since December 2021. The owners are friendly, the prices are very reasonable, and they offer great meal deals. I had some fish bites that were beautifully crispy and the chips were delicious. It's a hidden gem in Darfield and definitely the best chippy in town, with many visitors coming to enjoy a meal.
Today for the first time visited, chips ok, draught and curry sauce beautiful, fish excellent, thick white cod and crispy teig.

He tried new owners this week, had large cod, chips and curry with fish pattie for the woman. must say fish was very nice chip and curry spot cooked, only error was the thick of the carrot in the pattie, ratio to fish was not balanced thinner kartoffel would have been perfect. will be thankful again
