Dog Partridge Country Inn - Barnsley

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and they had a great selection of beers. The ambiance was welcoming and friendly, with live music that we loved. Our room was large and had all the necessary amenities. This was our third visit and we will definitely be returning.

We recently spent the night at the Dog and Partridge. The room was cozy and inviting, and both the dinner and breakfast were delicious. The bar area was also warm and welcoming, and the owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back here again.

Fantastic pub! A group of 8 friends from different parts of England, we make it a tradition to meet up every December. Unfortunately, our usual Derbyshire pub was flooded, but we were lucky to find this gem. We stayed overnight, enjoyed a delicious dinner, and had a great breakfast the next morning with table service. The staff were pleasant and friendly. We can't fault anything and will definitely be returning.

We stayed here last night 12/11/23 in the car park in our Motorhome which is free if you buy a meal in the pub ,excellent food and hospitality with friendly staff we will definitely call in again

Having driven passed literally hundreds of times as we travelled over Woodhead in the spring we decided to book B&B. This was our latest and third stay and I now write with confidence that the service and overall product on offer is excellent. The atmosphere created in this old Country Inn is warm and friendly, the food is great and the rooms are spotless and well presented.
