Barnsley Kebab House

Ordered food at 6:10 arriving at 7:40 freezing cold never again will I call this shop rang them as soon as it arrived for them to put phone down on me

Ordered a large chicken kebab with naan bread, chips and coleslaw to share with the wife and what can I say other than shocking food. The naan bread was basically a pizza base and was cold and tough, the chicken was dry and had no taste, the chips were cold and tough, the only nice bit was the coleslaw and that wasn’t amazing. Wish we hadn’t bothered.

Ordered on line via just eat . Asked for it to be delivered to rear door . Recieved text saying on way so checked as usually means it's there. Nothing. Ring up say its delivered so f off now wont answer phone . Checked back door an drive no where to be seen .ordered from somewhere else but want my money back !!!

Usually order from this restaurant and really nice . However today I ordered a pizza meal deal with 2 x 12” pizzas . One of the pizzas came and had an hair on it . Phoned the restaurant and they explain no one had long hair and had to take the pizza back even though it was delivered . Took it back to the restaurant and the man behind the counter first of all said that it was from the sweet corn and then secondly from a brush of some sort . He then tried to say it was mine the hair was black and I have ginger hair so clearly was not . A refund could not of been given as the boss was not there and would not be for another 3 weeks ! offered to make another but said no as you can expect . With this is mind I will no longer be ordering from here again

Clearly states a free garlic bread with a 14” pizza. One wasn’t receive and then when I rang to address this issue the worker was just demanding me to ring just eat to sort the problem out. Shocking service. Doesn’t even bother me about paying for one it’s the fact that it states that one is included! Will definitely not be ordering from this arrogant business again!
