Eat Tokyo - Barnet

We had lunch here very busy so be prepared to wait a little bit at peak times. The menu is enormous and has many unique items. Food came out in good time and was freshly prepared. Would go again.

The customer service was extremely poor. The waiter who served us was very rude with unacceptable and unsociable behaviour. We never visit the return to never again.

The pleasant staff had to contend with a full restaurant, a queue of people hoping to get a table and us, who had a confirmed reservation. The staff did so with some charm, despite the under-informed protestations of some queuing that it was impossible for us to have had a reservation. The formula is an extensive menu covering many a wide range of choices at very reasonable prices. Sure, they do not carry a full range of skewer items (one did not notice duck with spring onion, chicken skin, quails eggs, onion and other items found elsewhere) but there is plenty enough choice. And, service is efficient at serving up the fresh food, and piping hot too for cooked dishes. The food is not haute cuisine but it is good enough to be a relative steal at the fair prices

A very busy restaurant but with excellent, speedy service. The sushi bento box was great value and very tasty. A dessert of mochi is highly recommended.

3 x huge bento boxes, 4 al a carte dishes all for under £60 and all of it from the mixed tempura to the Nokia roll was fantastic
