Waffle House - Barnesville

This waffle house had better service than any other restaurant we have tried in the last 6 months (which is only about 6-8 times, since we usually eat at home). The servers were very friendly and checked on us every 5-10 minutes to see if we needed anything. Our food was hot and cooked to order, and she refilled my daughter's drink halfway through. Thank you for a great experience.

We waited for 10 minutes at the bar, but the young man never acknowledged us or took our order. He didn't greet us or ask for our order; it was as if we were invisible. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this restaurant. Despite this, their service is generally good.

On the night of April 18th, I waited at the register for a few minutes and was ignored by a blonde gentleman believed to be named Brandon. This individual has made unprofessional comments towards me in the past. He looked at me without acknowledging me or saying any words. However, as soon as another couple of customers arrived, he immediately took their order. I have reached my limit and will not be returning in the future as I feel unwelcome by some employees. I used to come here regularly and always acted politely and respectfully. The locals are aware of this individual's behavior.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We sat there over 20 minutes and didn’t have our order taken. The waitress didn’t even acknowledge my boyfriend being there, I had to go and wait outside because my baby was being fussy. She was only worried about one group of people that she knew, and didn’t acknowledge really anyone else. It was outright ridiculous. Never have I ever had this experience at a Waffle House. I won’t come to this Barnesville location again. That was horrible customer service.

I’m giving them a 3 star only bc of the nasty attitude having waitress Kristin! Back home in Florida we’ve never walked into a Waffle House and not get greeted! Stood waited to be for more then five minutes!!!! After we were seated Terry took GOOD care of us! I will visit again but not look forward to seeing the unpleasant look of Kristin!!!
