I have been to this place just over a couple of times, the first two of which were with an à la carte menu, while the last one was with an all-you-can-eat formula, and therefore I would like to express my opinion about it: First of all I give one star not absolutely for the quality and goodness of the product, as I would have nothing to say about this, on the contrary, very good and tasty sushi with the right distinction of the different flavours. But leaving aside this only positive aspect of the restaurant, I would highlight the slowness and the infinite waits encountered in all three times that I have been there, with the difference that in the first two times à la carte menu), given our abundant orders, the owner , apologizing, at the end of dinner he decided to offer us dessert, showing great availability and kindness; While yesterday all you can eat formula), there were 6 of us, seated at 9.15pm and getting up at 12.20am having made ONLY 2 orders. But leaving aside the now obvious slowness of the place, unlike the first two, this time, given our abundant orders with an all-you-can-eat menu, the entire staff decided to be less than courteous towards us and even announced the lack of some dishes requested by us, when in reality they were requested and received by other customers. After all this, we ask for the bill and once it arrives we notice the addition of an extra bottle of water, but nevertheless we don 't bat an eyelid and accept it without reporting anything. The bill is €171.90 We bring €180.00 to the cash register and the owner decides to give us change of 8 euros, looking at us and saying: 'Is this okay? ' Obviously, I don 't think it 's necessary to point out that the problem doesn 't refer at all to the 10 cents of change not received, but rather to the awareness and arrogance of the owner who, despite what had happened, began by asking us if her 'rest ' was fine with us. And once again we decide to accept yet another inconvenience, finally trying to ask for a digestive, but obviously the owner 's answer is a NO. I conclude by saying that I hope it was a constructive review, as I would like to point out again that the quality and goodness of the dishes is truly excellent, and I would also add the location refined and suitable), but what distinguishes this place from other sushi places it is the absolute slowness in receiving the food and the total lack of courtesy on the part of the owner. I will definitely return, but only as long as it is possible to take advantage of the 'all you can eat ' formula.

Cucina giapponese ristorante in buona qualità barletta. la camera, anche se piccola, è bella, accogliente e ha un'atmosfera rilassante. il personale era cordiale e disponibile. il menu era completo e aveva una vasta scelta. il sushi era veramente buono e ben servito: Raccomando di provare il gusto tempura dell'uramaki.
