Only 4 stars! Yes, ‘cause the owner and location are good. The owner is a nice person and very friendly but… it needs to make smile to the staff, those guys are sad and unhappy.

If you want a second glass of water they will not give you, instead they will ask you to buy a bottle of water. They have cover charge

The server slip beer all over my phone and clothes, bearly said sorry and did not even bring a cloth to clean my phone. Luckily it was water proof, but the bottle hit my phone. At the end they did not accept to take the beer out of the check.

It’s just an amazing cafeteria! The best coffee, the best croissants, the best service, the best atmosphere in Bari! Absolutely loved it and enjoyed so much! Thank you, Veronero Team!
