Contribuiți la feedbackLocation is easily reachable if you arrive from outside the city from the moment, located near the exit of the highway 16bis with a large parking adjacent to the restaurant. The room has large windows and a minimal decor with well coordinated colors and all the care that make the stay pleasant. Many tables are available well located in the large room. the menu prepared with a clear and binding regulation of a pleasant material to the touch made of cork. The owner Gianluca presented himself with cordiality welcoming us to the table and explaining with novice of particular dishes that facilitate the choice of dishes to order. The appetizers arrived quickly at the service: the delicious potato chips served in a bowl full of wood with appropriate paper to absorb oil. Later I enjoyed the hardening caciocavallo similar to the stuffed pectorals accompanied by sauces as pistachio or melon, of the burned vegetables prepared with vegetable cubes of the high temperature cooked vegetable garden served a special dish that kept the heat. As the first we chose a very famous dish spaghetti to the killer with a very special smoked aftertaste and a tasty "Fregola sarda" a kind of typical Sardinian pasta obtained from a dough of durum wheat in the form of ball-shaped balls that I had never had the pleasure to taste prepared with pumpkin cream, cardoncell and bocconcini of sausage of norcia. Finally, we ended up with a typical tiramisu. In all aspects without doubt and uncertainties, the bistro “Escodirado” has passed my meticulous evaluation in full voting. To return
Excellent dishes well presented, excellent combinations of taste, excellent wines, cozy place, problems at the cashier with some prices different from the menu.. but recommended place.
Clean and welcoming... discreet, well prepared and smiling staff... Good food, well prepared... To note the caciocavallo in batter and the picanha of Irish meat... We found slightly too dry the noodles to the killer with stracciatella... All in all a good place... To return, some small misfortunes remain (although always solved impeccablely and cyn the maximum garb)...Some brought this time as the caciocavallo in batter and pork were completely cold... A good place to dine.. but do not order the bitter, the cost is exorbitant compared to the average.. 6 euros for a Braulio seemed an exaggeration
Local with a very pleasant look, away from traffic and easily accessible at the doors of Bari. Volume Music well calibrated, menu not very rich but dense. Prices are higher than average, but are justified by dishes, in qualitative terms and preparation. They are refined and successful combinations. Choice of wines, good. Prepared personnel. Try.
