Decent store but quality of Espresso not that good.

I visited this cafe in Italy twice, and I must say their service and competence are simply abysmal. The staff's English comprehension is non-existent, and their rudeness is beyond belief. In this cafe, you can also buy bus tickets. When we bought tickets for alberobello, the woman at the counter was helpful and knew the times of departure however it was a completely different story when we went to go buy tickets for polignano a mare. The woman was very rude and was of no help at all. She did not know anything about the time of departure and we ended up buying the tickets only to find out that the bus would be coming in 3 hours and we would miss our excursion.

I just had an orange juice. Pricey, but indeed freshly squeezed (in some other places they said so, and then served some sparkling orange drink). Nice cool interior to kill time while waiting for the bus.
