De los mejores bares del Raval. Mucha compañía y siempre con espectaculo. Mucha seguridad siempre hay policía cerca.

As other reveiewers have noted it was a relief to find a good value traditional restaurant near to the tourist areas of Barcelona. The restaurant is run by a charming man. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

My partner and I ate here twice, owner was a really nice guy. Food was very good, three course for a set amount, each time we went for the higher price option. One night I had Catalan black rice as a starter and on another briased lentils both were excellent . I opted for grillled chicken first night and steak on the second. Was amazed to see my partner eating steak and chips to. Both nights had a complimentary drink of Catalan firewater. A refreshing change from the expensive eateries on the seafron. Decor can be described as 1970's French Bistro style. Made a wonderful change from Tapas, prompted me to buy a Catalan cook boook on return.
