Hansel - Barcelona

Yesterday I was ordering a carpaccio at this restaurant. It was raw meat though but should be marinated in lemon and oil. Here they put only a spoon of oil in the middle and on top rucola and parmesan. That' s all. It was not only looking bad its tasted nothing. I had to ask for more oil put some taste with vinegar, salt an pepper on it to become eatable. Never again this Restaurant. For sure, they don't have a chef who knows his job

We enjoyed every bite at Hansel. The pasta and salads were fresh and absolutely delicious. The pastries were just as yummy. I would definitely recommend Hansel for a great meal.

A very helpful gentleman waited our table when we stopped for btunch. The coffee and food was excellent
