Burger King Via Laietana - Barcelona

The place was filthy I mean hanging litter and food mess everywhere. Further even the kitchen was filthy I had already ordered when I noticed

Food was cold, staff couldn’t have cared less, when we returned the cold food they gave back different items to the ones originally ordered which were arguably in worse condition than the previous. Not expecting a gourmet experience but warm food and basic customer service isn’t much to ask from a fast food restaurant. I wish I could say it was busy to try and explain the experience.

The food was absolutely dirt we waited 40 Minutes for food even though there was nobody in the joint. The coke came with water and a dash of coke. The burger tasted like the back side of dirt. It was just septic the chips were like stones and it was just an absolute kip. The Dirt King was not a great experience

Very friendly and helpful staff. We've only had some ice cream, but it's been a good experience, the truth. It wasn't very full, so we got a quick table and it didn't take long to make ice cream.
