Mcdonald's - Barbourville

Just called there to see what breakfast items they sold all day and they guy that answers says hot cakes and burritos and doesn't say nothing else or anything just hangs right up on me that is some very **** poor customer service and extremely rude and I don't appreciate it

We stopped at this location on our way through. There was excatly 14 people back in the kitchen area. However, no one would come to the register to take an order. After five minutes someone did. Then it took even longer to get two coffees (plain) and one burger. Maybe work on management and less helpers.

Drive thru slow like too never got waited on for the other side Drive thru took 6 vehicles thru before coming back to me and others

Tired of getting orders messed up, sandwiches cold, half way off the bun etc, but prices keep rising. This restaurant needs to have a secret shopper evaluation.
