Little Caesars Pizza - Barbourville

I visited this restaurant twice in the past two weeks, and both times my order was incorrect. When I brought this to the manager's attention, his response was, "We'll try to do better next time." I ended up spending $30 on pizzas that ended up being wrong and went uneaten! This place is really disappointing!

The customer service at this restaurant is lacking—only a few staff members seem to engage with patrons. When it comes to the food, they often forget to provide napkins. They rarely have cheese pizzas available that are both hot and ready; instead, the pizzas that aren't freshly made are seldom served hot. Customers expect "hot and ready" pizzas to be available immediately, not after waiting forty minutes to an hour. The drive-thru extends to a major road, which can be hazardous during busy traffic times.

This is the worst pizza place I've ever been to. My husband and I didn't even end up eating there because the service has declined, and the food is rarely fresh. You really need to improve your operations or consider closing down for good.

It is ridiculous that they close the lobby around 5p and 6p in the evening and you have to wait in a line for 30 min to get a pizza. They must bring their act together and set some ppl that work.

They were really backed up when I arrived. But the drive thru moved quickly, food was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. ? ??
