Contribuiți la feedbackFor my second visit, I placed an online order. The website stated my order would be ready at 4:51 PM, but it wasn't ready until 5:30 PM. I anticipated delays, especially after reading reviews and from my previous experience the week before. I ordered the two-protein bowl with chicken and steak, along with noodles and vegetables. The flavors were alright, but nothing special about the sauces. The crab Rangoons were decent and not excessively sweet like at many other places, which was a positive. The potstickers advertised chicken and veggies, but they were mostly filled with chicken and some cabbage, lacking flavor without the sauce. The dipping sauce had a nice kick, but it seemed to be a mix of chili powder, red pepper flakes, Sriracha, and ketchup—almost like a barbecue sauce. On a brighter note, the portion sizes were generous for the price. I ordered a large, my wife got a regular, and we both have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. The noodles weren't the thick udon variety commonly found in Asian cuisine here; they were more similar in shape and size to spaghetti. The cabbage pieces could have been cut smaller, and the tough stems should definitely be removed—nobody wants to eat that part. The meat was well-cooked and seasoned, but as an overall flavor profile, I'd rate the food three stars. Nothing really impressed me in terms of taste. I hope the food improves as they develop their skills and establish a consistent chef, but keep in mind this is also a chain restaurant.
I attempted to visit on the opening day, but it was pure chaos, so I decided to return today, on day two, for lunch, and I had a much more pleasant experience. It was still busy, but nothing compared to the dinner rush on the first day. The cashier was friendly and proactively checked in with dine-in customers to see if they needed anything while managing the flow of patrons coming through the door. We waited about 25 minutes for two regular-sized chicken teriyaki bowls, but it was definitely worth it. The ingredients were fresh off the grill, and the regular-sized bowl is quite generous—I even had leftovers to take home. The teriyaki sauce was incredibly flavorful and truly elevated the dish, and I've heard they make all their sauces in-house. I'm sure some individuals will post negative reviews due to wait times or order mix-ups, but this is a brand-new restaurant with a new staff that’s simply overwhelmed with customers. Everyone should understand how hectic it can be for new places, and if you're impatient, it might be best to wait to visit. Unfortunately, some folks just need something to complain about. Personally, I'm looking forward to returning and exploring more items on the menu once things settle down a bit.
This was my first visit to this new fast-food chain. When I arrived, there was a bit of a line, but the staff efficiently took care of us in under 10 minutes. The person taking our order was friendly and answered all our questions, even suggesting the spicy teriyaki bowl. The manager appeared to be serving the food and did an excellent job of ensuring that tables were clean and checking on our satisfaction with the meals, as well as making sure our orders were correct. As for cleanliness, it exceeded my expectations. The floors, bathrooms, tables, and drink area were all spotless. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. I wasn't sure what to expect going in, but the team delivered delicious food with great enthusiasm.
