Outback Steakhouse - Barboursville

What can I say? It's Outback Steakhouse, mate! Crikey, this place is beautiful inside, the food is delicious, and the service is wonderful. You can't go wrong with a steak or a Bloomin' Onion from here. So, if you're ever in the area, make sure to stop by! Plus, they'll grill your steak right on the barbecue.

I long for the old Outback experience. Although the food was tasty, I wasn't fond of the fast-food style dining area, especially for the prices we paid. The service was excellent, but I'm really not a fan of this new location. Additionally, it’s not very accessible for those using wheelchairs, walkers, or canes, and we had a tough time getting my daughter's stroller in there.

I just left this restaurant, and I must say, we had an exceptional experience! We sat at the bar, where Zack and John provided outstanding service. Our meals were cooked to perfection, and whenever we needed anything, these gentlemen were incredibly attentive and polite, ensuring we had everything we wanted. My daughter ordered a virgin drink, and she was overjoyed at how much it resembled a “real” cocktail. Zack and John truly enhanced our dining experience, and we will definitely return the next time we're in town. I highly recommend sitting at the bar with these fantastic servers!

My boyfriend and his mom visited the new restaurant, and we had an incredible experience! The service was prompt, and our meals arrived surprisingly fast. Our server, Madyson H., was fantastic—friendly and chatty, she ensured that our salads and dishes were served quickly. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I highly recommend this place!

We were seated at an elevated table behind the welcome booth, which wasn't the best location. Our waiter was friendly but inconsistent; our drinks often remained empty for too long. The food was decent but nothing special—I could have grilled it better myself. I was looking forward to the Bloomin' Onion, but it arrived close to burnt, with a texture reminiscent of overcooked bacon. As for the fries, I wouldn't recommend them at all. Overall, I don't understand why they moved. I see no improvements, only drawbacks: a decline in food quality, decor, and the same level of service. I wouldn't recommend this place, and honestly, I may not return.
