Gino's Pizza Spaghetti House

This restaurant is great. The hot ham and cheese sandwich is always delicious. The sauce is a bit bland, but you can ask for ranch if you like that on your pizza. I recommend adding some tasty toppings because just a cheese pizza can be a bit bland in my opinion. However, their cheese is amazing. The service is always kind and polite, and the food is simple, quick, and tasty. The pepperoni rolls are also really good, even though I'm not a fan of pepperoni. You should definitely try this place if you haven't already. The atmosphere is casual, and it's usually not too crowded when I go, which is nice.

I ordered a pubwich online and paid for it online as well. When I arrived to pick it up 10 minutes later, the person at the window asked me to pay again. I informed them that I had already paid online and there were no further issues with payment. I drove 5 minutes back to my house to eat the food, only to find that it was stone cold and no one had bothered to even cut it. This is the second negative experience I have had at this location since it reopened. Overall, the food was disappointing.
