Half full restaurant, lunch on Thursday, I was super satisfied. Having communicated to have hurry for business trip, there was served the steak only after 7 minutes from the order, very good meat, regarding the dessert cart compliments for quality and for how it is served. Room staff about 6 waiters, available and super organized, really a nice team. They know how to do it, all this in 30 minutes scarce, great coffee too. If you are near Mugello you know where to stop. Ps. The pizza served in the bread door, creates dependence. My most felt fulfilling.

Welcome to the steak paradise, here the meat is served to the blood on hot dishes that allow you to continue cooking on the dish until you like it. WARNING Do not touch the dishes with the hands there is the warm burns, but also careful because if you leave the meat on the plate will be quickly too cooked. But apart from the steak everything is delicious, the croutons, the pappardelle with wild boar ragù, the cutlets with porcini, the fillet in the Alps etc...

What a surprise! Excellent location for an excellent meal along the journey! We arrived just before the start of the service and initially I was titubante because of the environment a little dated.
