Baraga Lakeside Inn

Not fancy but always a solid and good breakfast and lunch option. Rooms are clean and simple. Views of lake are great. Patio outside is nice when weather is good.

Needs improvement on the food end, also when you sit down to eat you shouldn't be served in to go styrofoam and plastic fork. Food lacks I've had better food in bars.

A nice surprise I found using Yelp... picked this place based on the pictures of the bay. Our server was great, the food was good with generous portions and my kids liked the swings in the waterfront. Would return in a heartbeat if in Baraga again.

We stayed here last minute on Friday night. We came for the casino and were going to stay there, but due to a water issue the hotel wasn't available. The front desk was very accommodating when we called and assured us they would have a couple rooms when we were done. When we came in, I assumed she may be annoyed due to some of our party being very spirited and spunky after a night of fun. She instead laughed a long with us. We asked if there were any gas stations open for late night snacks. She said unfortunately not, and even offered us her lunch Too sweet! Of course we declined and thanked her. She continued to go above and beyond! The next morning we experienced great customer service and friendliness from the front desk and the cleaning staff. Of course a lot of things can use updating at this location, however the service makes this a 5 star stay! Thank you again!

Staff kind and attentive place appears clean could have the heat up more! Service was good fairly fast on dish. Had Cod basket fish was good fries over cooked and slaw was manageable. Price good and great view from restaurant.
