Leary's Landing Irish Pub - Bar Harbor

The Salbei Pub is situated right in the heart of the bustling bar harbor, making it convenient for everyone. They offer a wide variety of beers, including the popular Guinness. The food is decent and fits the Irish pub theme perfectly. For those seeking a less crowded atmosphere in a busy city, with reasonable prices and quick service, I would highly recommend Leary's Landing Irish Pub to anyone!

We attempted to sit outside before the 4th of July fireworks, but we were told we couldn't as the tables were only for parties of four. Despite leaving and finding all the tables still open, we were denied a seat. We ended up sitting at the bar where the bartender also served us during the meal, providing great service and making excellent drinks. The restaurant itself has a fantastic atmosphere, but the food was only average. The lobster roll was disappointing compared to others I had tried on my trip. The fish tacos and lobster were decent, but I would suggest they focus more on their lobster dishes. Overall, it is a better spot for drinks and hanging out than for dining.

Leary's Landing is my top choice for dining at Harbor Bar! I adore the decor and our server was extremely friendly. My partner and I enjoyed the cocktails we ordered, and the squid soup was outstanding. They also had a great selection of beers available.

Fun irish pub in the heart of bar harbor. split the fish and chips with my man and was glad that I did it. very fresh, good tasting fish! calamari was also very good.

Not impressed. Lobster roll was small and made with spoiled, wilted lettuce. Caesar salad was chunky iceberg lettuce with a strange dressing. Fish tacos were full of pin bones. Table was sticky and not level. Only good thing was the fries. Don’t go here for the food quality is lacking and price is high 42 for the crappy lobster roll and no apologies).
