On November 4, 2011, I stumbled upon an incredible coffee shop! It may appear quiet and modest along the Midland Highway just outside Geelong, but it was undoubtedly the best coffee we had during our two-week trip in Victoria. If you get the chance, ask for Cassie—she crafted the best coffee we’ve ever tasted! The milk was expertly textured, and the coffee itself was just right—not too strong and not too weak. In contrast, most other places we tried served either burnt or watery coffee, but this was simply perfection! The service was friendly and prompt, contributing to a fantastic overall experience.
