Jitterz Coffee - Banning

Barista was a total jerk and acted like i was inconveniencing him for ordering a coffee

Service was incredible, I loved the staff and my Americano was awesome! Looking forward to going back for another!

Experience with server Junior S. Walked in and it looked closed. Menu Tv was shut off and muffins for sale in zip lock bags. I asked if it was open. Junior asked are we? I told him according online it’s been open since 7 and it looks closed. This was an hour and a half after opening. Then was told if there’s people it’s open. I asked for a menu and he said there was no menu. I told him what there was available since I don’t memorize it. I don’t appreciate attitude. Drink was good but there’s so many other cafes as competition with excellent customer service and prepared upon opening.

I love Jitterz for their espresso, the Lavazza is everything the service is exceptional!!! Junior always greets us when we walk in the door always makes sure we are good. His hospitality is unmatched!!!
