Zarraffa's Coffee Bankstown

THE BEST COFFEE I have ever had, so far. I'm from Canberra, and coffee is good everywhere. But even then, even these guys are BETTER than ANY coffee I have had in Canberra and I'm pretty on the ball with coffee!

Coffee is always great from here! I also wanted to give a special shout-out to the high level of service I have received on multiple occasions from the August and Jenna. Service always elevates business and these two do zarraffas justice

The coffee here is fantastic—always consistently delicious. The staff are exceptionally warm and friendly; it’s not just one person, but everyone on the team. A special mention to Chuanie, one of the baristas, who truly excels in customer service. She always serves with a smile, no matter how busy the shop gets.

It was my first time here and one of staff here (I think her name was Chauni was very warm and friendly. She was very helpful with all my questions and made my day with her service! I definitely will be coming back :

The coffee is great, but what I love most about this place is the staff. I've never seen a happier group of employees in a fast food or drive-thru setting. They really give you that warm and fuzzy feeling every time you visit.
