Subway - Bangor

I haven't been in a subway for 3 years, and the staff on about 11 watches has offered an excellent customer service today! it's nice to see this today! great work for the heart and friendly lady working today!

My order was totally wrong. I ordered a BMT and got a 3 meat sub I also ordered a steak ch and onion and got it with green peppers and my roll was toasted. They need to take time and read the orders

Had a mobile order today. 2 of the three tomatoes were dirty and bad, they had to take off. some of the spinach was dark and were bad. the (deviled) brot was so hard. I feel like, because I pre-ordered and did not observe how the sandwich was made, that they don't have to go into it. I always forget that every time I have done bad experiences, when I come to this place, I am not back.

We went there on Thursday, 30 June 2022. our orders placed and were very disappointed by the service and quality of our food. the food server started by meat that looks out of date and disgusting, the white brot do not look or taste right, the salat started to brown. While she treated our sandwiches, the server tried to hide how bad the ingredients looked, she did not stop how the dings were ordered, then she tried to put the ingredients on what was not asked. I was sick after I had eaten a quarter of sandwiches. I vomited on the parking lot and tried to go back, but was not in the position, so I called and asked to talk to the manager there and was said that the manager was on the phone and would call me back, 15 minutes later after breaking up several times the same person who answered the phone and said the manager was busy and said she was the manager and when we explained what had happened to her very much. I'm still waiting for the owner to call me back. How hard is it to contact me if I gave them my number? I don't want to say I never go back to this place.

Apparently they like to close early without any sort or sign. Got there at 9:20pm Saturday. The website and the sign on door say 10:00pm. Doors locked and two employees putting the food away.
