Mcdonald's - Bangor

The milkshake machine is always ready, but they frequently don't have half of the items listed on their menu. Additionally, when customers order food, it often doesn't turn out as expected. If they request corrections, the staff becomes irritated.

I have been to many McDonald's locations, but this one was awful. The ice machine was out of order and when I received my burger, it was so undercooked that it resembled a rare steak. I spoke with a manager about my concerns and was given another burger, but it was still raw. I was so disappointed that I left without receiving a refund. Unfortunately, I cannot give this restaurant more than 1 star.

I have visited this restaurant twice, both times for order pickup. My experience has been positive overall, as we are a large family and always receive great deals. They always get our orders correct and package the bags well. My only complaint is that the cookies were cold, but considering the affordable prices, I'm willing to overlook this as a minor issue.

I often go to this place and on the other day it took 11 minutes to make a caramel fish without a pfeife and without on it and a bottle of water.

Ordered a 2B quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. No pickles, no onions.Get back to work. No pickles, no cheese, has onions.Take it back to the restaurant. Nice cashier lady helps me out. She gets yelled at by annoying manager lady because she took the food from me that I didn't want. I felt bad for her. She did nothing wrong.Annoying manager lady goes back to get it corrected.Take corrected burger back to work. No onion and no pickles. But no bacon. Give up. Eat burger. meh/5
