Cognito Brewing - Bangor

Ticked we drove the 20 minutes to find this place. Yelp said they were open. Kind of ruined date night on vacation... had to scramble to find another place. Wouldn't recommend if they can't even keep their site up to date.

I could not believe how delicious the brews are here at Cognito! Don’t waste time with other breweries. Great original and organic brews. Highly recommend Cognito Brewing Company.

Sadly the brewery portion was a COVID casualty and no longer open but the building is still used as a wedding and special venue

Saw a line of people and stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. Line on the sidewalk was for the cannabis store next door. So I checked out this place. Friendly staff. Some creative and good beers. Not a lot to choose from. The building is very cool place. I didn't have anything to eat. I will definitely be back after learning about the bands that play there. Some great old legends.
