The best mangalorean cuisine restaurant in this area. The crab ghee roast is a must try. It's affordable. Not expensive. Amazing ambience. Friendly staff. Value for money. Kundapur chicken is also a must try.
Recently as we moved to banaswadi we wanted to explore this area. Whichever area we usually search our own Mangalorean food and we could find this place. And I have gone through few reviews as well and decided to try out<br/ <br/ In most of the reviews mentioned crab gheeroast is one of famous dish over here. So we have ordered ghee roast with neera dosa and it was awesome and also ordered anjal tava fry, chicken sukka as well. Overall we have satisfied with food in terms of quality and quantity.<br/ <br/ So overall it was good I rate 5 out of 5
I have been twice to this restaurant and I just love being here. I love their Fish Thali, Ghee roast and Pulimunchi. The pricing is very decent and the portion size is justified. It's a good place to go with family.<br/ <br/ The restaurant has a seating available on the first floor. The Thali is served with a banana leaf on the plate. Their Thali includes Mackerel tail rava fried, Mackerel head in curry (must try), vegetable, buttermilk, sweet dish, Boiled rice, sambar. I even tried:<br/ 1. Kori roti with chicken curry: The portion of Kori roti is good except that the chicken curry isnt that great. The chicken was tender though.<br/ <br/ 2. Sardine Pulimunchi: I love the way it's made. It doesn't have coconut milk but still tastes yummy. Must try.<br/ <br/ 3. Squid/chicken ghee roast; Their ghee roast masala is great. I loved it with the squids though.<br/ <br/ I would recommend this restaurant for seafood and south Indian cuisine. It's one of my favorite go to place now for lunch or dinner.<br/ <br/ Overall<br/ Quality: <br/ Portion size:<br/ Value for money:<br/ Ambience: <br/ Service:<br/ Presentation:
Fish curry rice was best, unlucky that I couldn’t get to eat there fish meals but had boiled rice and Kane curry with some side dishes and they were good. Authentic karavali style, Chicken Sukka could have tasted a bit more costal. But I can still leave with it.<br/
