The food does not taste as good as it used to before quarantine. It is average. The quality and quantity vs price is dissatisfactory. Having said that if you are visiting the place for the first time you will like it

Mainland China, having branches all over the place they surely have made a name for themselves!!!<br/ <br/ It had been a while since I had good Chinese food and this was the place that came into my mind when I craved for some!!<br/ <br/ From soups till the desserts, they have a wide spread of dishes to choose from and with courteous staff around selecting them won 't be a problem cause they will surely help you in choosing the right dish!!<br/ <br/ Everything that we had were good but the ones to specially look out for and must have are their 'Philadelphia cheese Dumplings ' (a must must must have dish it 's like having a cheese bomb burst in your mouth

Mainland China is one of the most sought after Chinese brands and for all the right reasons.<br/ To begin with the Ambience is dim lit and flanked with chairs, . The Ambience has a slight touch of China with all those Chinese themed abstract paintings.<br/ <br/ The place easily gets packed Evan on a weekday, since my visit was on a weekday . We tried the following items and would suggest you to do as well<br/ <br/ 1) mocktails: they have a huge variety of them , and to be honest I love their fresh mint storm, and the watermelon and cilantro crush mocktails. Very well done and mostly refreshing.indeed a perfect partner with Chinese food <br/ <br/ 2) soup: tried the lung Fung chicken soup, comforting and I found it slightly bland for my pallete, so added a dash of pepper and it tasted fab.<br/ <br/ 3) dimsums: that's the thing I ate the most out here would clearly and highly recommend the Philadelphia cheese and endamane dimsums, they are cheesy and Soo good. A must try!<br/ Also thier chicken and mushroom pan fried gyozas never disappoints, the prawn hargao is an another crowd favorite!<br/ <br/ 4) main cource I tried the corn fried rice with drunken chicken gravy , it was spicy and went perfectly with the rice. But this was something my friends ate. I just had a bite and wasn't disappointed<br/ <br/ Jumping right on to the desserts , I was surprised that a Chinese place serves such amazing desserts .<br/ 1) chocolate dome with chocolate sauce : it's gets a little dramatic here ,since they pour the sauce and you can watch the dome melt ,the plate is loaded with ice cream, chocolate popcorn, brownies and yuminess!!<br/ <br/ 2) coconut caramel custard: since I'm a true caramel lover, I truely enjoyed this dessert<br/ <br/ 3) mango pudding# served bite sized, another classic!!!<br/ <br/ The service was prompt with waiters being attentive Evan during the rush hours, although certain dishes like dimsums might take a while since they make it from scratch..

Mainland china is probably the largest chinese restaurant chain in Bangalore, they’ve been in the city for many years , the food taste has remained same throughout the years , the food was delicious, i loved the cheese dumplings , five spice chicken and the dynamite wasabi prawns , i loved the lychee mocktail, from the main course, the noodles was nice and sliced chicken in oyster sauce was a nice compliment to the noodles , coming to the main part , which is dessert , the mango pudding was amazing and also the chocolate dome .Taste :4/5Ambiance:4/5Value for money: 4/5Service:4.5/5

This place was on my list from a long time so here goes the review ..<br/ Ambience : the place is neat and clean spacious Oy organised with a decent touch of chiniese culture<br/ Subtle lighting and comfortable ambience to start the meal<br/ <br/ Service: the staffs are well spoken polite and the service is quite fast ..they are well spoken and explained the dishes very well <br/ <br/ Rates : this place charges what it serves not overpriced at all for the quantity and quality it is just apt<br/ <br/ Food:<br/ 1. Mocktails: we tried watermelon cilantro , iced tea, lychee , hot guava , pinacolada and orange everything was so refreshing and nice how’s perfect with the Chinese food as u need<br/ <br/ 2. Soup: soup was good the clear soup with tofu and veggies and sprinkled with crispies on top<br/ <br/ 3. Starters: <br/ Cheese dumplings these were by far the best dumplaings I ever had so cheesy so soft so yummy can’t get over it<br/ Stir fried veggies were yummy and not so spicy zucchini broccoli were well cooked<br/ Potato chips with truffle oil goes well as a side dish crispy chips With herbs <br/ <br/ 4. Main course::<br/ <br/ Stir fried veggies with cottage cheese in garlic sauce was very good went well with the noodles and the rice <br/ Gravy was thick and apt with the spice level<br/ Singapore noodles were so thin looked very tempting and so they were<br/ Great taste of garlic and texture was also good<br/ Lotus leaf wrapped rice was superb too the aroma was great<br/ <br/ 5. Dessert <br/ Mango pudding<br/ Serves in a poon like dish decorated delicately and was delicious not too sweet not too tangy<br/ Chocolate bomb served with chocolate sauce was a treat <br/ Some was surrounded with brownies and chocolate crisps<br/ It was yummmy<br/ Caramel custard was a treat to see and delight to eat soft and wobbly
