Today I went there out of goggle reviews upar upar dek k..then when I checked all the reviews I was disheartened still the owner is protesting ..as my suggestion as a pure bengali I would suggest to accept ur mistakes n improve.there is nothing to protest to reviews.Here of 250rs chicken thali they r providing veryy low quality n less quantity items ..I felt disheartened...khub e baje o kharap laglo,only 2 piece chicken ,n that to stale chicken,I didn 't ' t know tht chickn is stale so i requested that pls a extra piece if u can but they charged 115rs n they r serving a mess style not even authentic style.if u ppl go other bnglre rstro like bhojohori manna,bangaliana,oh calcutta they ll provide u best n authentic guys,with a lil diff in price,thank u ...pls owner don 't misguide my review as fake.this is MY HONEST REVIEW. Kochuri shd be givn in foil packed not opened otherwise it becomes hard to eat

Firstly I thought of letting go but then I saw whenever they get bad reviews they will start writing paragraphs of bashing the person and how they’re the most honest and they can not go wrong about there food. So let me also start and I know you’re going to bash me for telling the truth but then too I will write. 1 we ordered egg devil after 10 mins it came but outside it was completely burnt and inside it was cold ? my husband said let it go but then too I called the owner and showed them he said “I am so sorry let me replace it” then he replaced it but then too it was not cooked properly but as we are kind of shy people so we thought chalo koi baat ni. 2 we ordered fish thali for my husband so he starts eating and takes a bite of the fish(ps he likes his fish over fried in gravy)but the fish was not over fried it was a rock which can break anyone’s head. Here as well we did not say anything. 3 I ordered koraisutir kochuri and chicken kosha so I dig in and to my surprise the chicken kosha was a jhol(a thinner gravy) which was suppose to be thicker gravy. Okay no problem but the pieces were 2 chicken small rib I would say(pajor) 2 small bone pieces and in kochuri no koraosuti. But yes the fish fry was somewhat ok but got hardly any fish inside it. Does that even count as a fish fry then? The bill came around 1k. Now you will bash me saying why did you tell me that time. So let me explain we are very shy people we thought of letting go so we came back and rather than saying anything we just gave 1 star without any reviews. So why now I am explaining all these because you guys started bashing us in the comments saying without any reviews how can you give one star. Fyi customers will give you reviews stars you’re in service industry that does not mean you will start bashing customers. Learn to take criticism just the way I will take your sarcastic reply after this review of mine.
