Patrinos Family Banff

The food was decent—better than average, but not remarkable. However, the service was quite slow. It's clear that they could use more staff both in the kitchen and in the dining area.

Fantastic pizza! I tried the meat lovers' variety, which was loaded with incredibly flavorful meat without being greasy at all. The service was excellent; our server was attentive and quick, even with many large tourist groups around. I will definitely return. It's great to have another authentic pizza option in Banff, as there aren't many truly good ones available.

We chose this restaurant because we were staying at the hotel and they provided a coupon. The server was very friendly, although he seemed a bit busy, so we were left unattended for a while. But that wasn't a problem since we were on vacation and not in a rush. We ordered the lasagna, which looked fantastic, but unfortunately, it tasted bland and just okay. The nachos were great, although I didn't quite understand the use of Alfredo sauce on them; it was tasty, but I would definitely prefer salsa and sour cream instead. The wings were good, and while the ribs were just average, the roasted potatoes were fantastic. The vegetables were a little overcooked, though. I don’t want to sound too critical; overall, it was a good experience, and we found the prices to be very reasonable. It’s a solid option if you're staying at the hotel!

The meat lovers pizza was excellent, and our server was fantastic. The only thing that could have made the pizza even better was a bit more sauce. They also have pool tables for just $2.
