Nourish - Banff

I went with a friend on August 22nd here on a whim and she doesn't eat meat or fish.

I'm giving this three stars only because I'm veg and I wanna be supportive of veg restaurants.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Nourish Bistro. He is Celiac, and we went because of other positive reviews regarding allergen awareness. We were not disappointed. The staff was very knowledgeable and the menu had a large number of gluten free choices....He had the famous nachos and I had a falafel salad. Both were excellent. Prices were reasonable and the portion size was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, not just people with allergies or vegetarians.

We ate here after the marathon. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The nachos were amazing. The restaurant is vegan vegetarian. I’m not and would highly recommend.
