Banff Ave Pizza

Great pizza and even better service. This place had something for everyone with plenty of options for pizza and pasta. Great place for families and groups. They carry a local brewery and you can get a large selection of beers on tap. They also carry local wines. The pizza came out quicker than expected and it was very tasty. By far one of my favorites in Banff for the price.

Went here with my boyfriend for a quick bite after hiking. It was really good! We sat outside on the balcony that overlooked the town and had a beautiful view of the mountains. Can't complain!

Had to try this place out just because it was really convenient to get to (right off Banff ave). The pizza was good, but there was one big thing that dropped it from 4 to 3 stars...the sauce. So what makes or breaks a pizza in my book are the dough, the cheese, and the sauce. The dough was awesome, crunchy but still had some chew to it. The cheese? This thing had a ton. And now the sauce...well there was hardly any on it. At first I thought it didn't have any, but the taste of it was lost under all the cheese. If I went back, honestly I think I'd ask for extra sauce and it would probably improve the overall flavor a lot.

Urban dictionary defines pizza as A sacred food gifted to mankind by the gods. Very delicious and cheesy with tomato sauce and toppings of your choice. Often argued that even bad pizza is better than most meals. Athena Pizza proves this theory wrong. The pizza tastes like a freezer pizza that someone baked in the oven too long. The top was burnt, the crust was thin and unchewable and it was severely overpriced. Good beer. Fine service. Awful pizza.

Been coming here since i was a kid 30 years ? Last 3 times this year was a not as great of a pizza like before The staff omg ... lazy The table next to us trying to flag down the waitress to order a pizza and have been waiting for over 10 minitues We decided to leave We went next door to Grizzly bear Pub The waitress said the same the waitresses next door were lazy and she hears the same story from other people tired waiting In fact this place was busy and our waitress at the pub was great !
