Berrywan Hotpot - Bandar Seri Begawan

My family loves to come here. Price acceptable, food better than average, but at times salty (depending on which cook prepared d meal). Being here regularly makes it easier to ask for less salt, oil etc.

Called to reserve a table for two at 5pm. Place was a bit full with people after breaking fast. 7.30pm we waited....and......someone else got our table. Its okay, we'll wait for a table to be cleared...Almost 8pm. All the steam boat goodies are gone. Guess they can't handled big days. We will cone back...like in 2040.

Called in 45 minutes earlier for a pick up order. When I arrived to pickup my order, my food isn 't even ready yet. Have to wait another 45 minutes for the waiter to ask me What 's your order again? . Seriously the worst experience you could give to a customer. Never eating/ordering here again.

Service is bad. Couldn't get the waiters attention. Had to wait 10 minutes before we could get the menu. Another 10 to order. Not a bad thing if you have the time.

Centrepoint Branch was totally not recommended. We waited for almost 2 hours for the dried noodles which were actually not available and we were not informed in the first place. Worst still, the fried chicken wings were told unavailable after waiting for an hour! More to that there is only one staff attending to everything which made another customers unhappy (we heard the other customer was calling the staff at the top of her voice).
