Meng Kee Grill Fish Míng Jì Shāo Yú Měi Wèi Diàn

Really enjoyed the fish dishes and the Char kuay teow. The food came fast. Enjoy the atmosphere, eat outside and around so many people. The prices are high, but the quality was not disappointed. It started raining at one point and we helped move our food to another table. It wasn't crowded at the time since it was Ramadan month.

Our first time in a restaurant in Jalan Alor and we decided to go here for the crowded tables. It didn't disappoint! The guy (because his name was JM) who helped us with the menu was super friendly, took his time to explain and hear our preferences. And then the food came.. Oh, my! The grill chicken fish was so delicious! And the dry butter spells... so good. Actually, all the dishes were delicious. As you can see on the picture, we have all emptied our plates, Lol. And it was also affordable. Really recommend! Probably come here a few times before you get back to NL

Only 2 ordered, the Penang Fried Quey Teow Black Pepper Grill Sotong is, surprisingly, it tastes very good, as I always think that these restaurants in the tourist site especially Jalan Alor here always cost average expensive ..but its not! Well, go and eat later for my dinner...

My absolute fave and must have wet butter crab whenever I come to klcc. It’s like a pilgrimage. Crabs are fresh n big and the butter sauce is the absolute best to die for. Rm90 for 1 kg Also tried the cuttlefish kangkong of which the chilli sauce is quite nice While it’s very touristy I still think it’s worth it to come.
