Very poor service. i placed our order at 2007H. order only arrive at 2042H. i was on the verge of paying for the drinks and leaving already. 35 minutes is too long. star given only cause i left the restaurant not hungry. in terms of safety. should probably place black and yellow tape on the steps to avoid people tripping over.

Probably the best affordable sushi place in BSB. The place is perfectly situated next to scenic river with a fantastic view diffused by bamboo plants outside the window. The interior is Zen inspired with beautifully crafted entrance that felt peaceful and inviting. Tried a few dishes and generally satisfied with the freshness and quality. The price is very reasonable for the quality, ambience and the good service. I recommend this place for work and pleasure.

Great service, ambience (from the waterfront) and great food! Many unique dishes to taste. The ones I ordered were fresh and delicious. Would come back when I find myself in Brunei again. Remember to book before as it is really popular and is crowded.

I want to eat everything here! So much to choose from teppanyaki to ram, to sushi, sashimi, bento, chawan mushi, many desserts, and the coffee machine looks beautiful. When I went up the stairs, at this Waterfront outlet, I felt excited to see what they have to offer. The entrance shows that the owner makes full use of the room. I sat in the Teppanyaki bar and I loved my food. I ordered Lamm teppanyaki and Lachssushi. I loved the lamb so much! Juicy and delicate, with only a small touch of vinegar. Crunchy vegetables. Great court. My sushi was melted in my mouth. Was in Seria, and ordered Beef Tenderloin Teppanyaki and Mango pudding to dessert. The beef Tenderloin Teppanyaki was delicious and melted in the mouth; and very well cooked. I ordered for medium and it was perfect. Juicy delicate and slightly carburized. The mango pudding was also great. Love the presentation. Definitely in my Brunei eats list. Whenever I come back to Brunei, I'm sure Kaizen is in my list to eat so much more. Definitely a few rams will try. And more Teppanyaki. All right.
