Cafe Red - Banbury

May 19 unfortunately now closed but hopefully to be replaced soon. I had visited 3 or 4 times recently and found food quality good and whilst I feel u pay a little more this is not a chain cafe so its good to support local. The location is nice though. There is a regular lady here who is always friendly and welcoming. I've pitched up for a couple of work meetings with coffee and snacks and more than happy with that as has free WiFi. Nicely attached to the museum but both cafe and museum are modern buildings so crowd is mixed. Coffee is excellent to me just to confirm other posts!

Friendly, attentive staff in a pleasant venue along the canal side offering simple but great tasty food with a Greek influence or burgers if you prefer. Perfect for lunch or a break in shopping.

My place of choice when I take a train trip to banbury. loving people, good eating and an ideal location next to the canal.

Exceptional service today. friendly, helpful, polite and all done with good humor. eating was also beautiful. a true hidden gem highly recommended.

Cheerful staff and reasonable food. The cheesy chips were particularly nice.
