Kwality Indian And Thai (halal)

If you don’t want to spoil the fun you are having in Phuket stay away from this place. Out of all my meals during my stay the dinner experience i had at this restaurant was pathetic. First of all this restaurant was empty and the guys who were shouting to promote their place asked us to come and eat. We obliged and gave the order. Food took 40-50 minutes to come and it was ok. Despite of telling waiter to don’t make items spicy it was very spicy. Meanwhile 2 more table was occupied and I heard from one table that their food was not properly cooked so they gave dish to waiter again to do it better. On the other table waiter just broke a glass vessel with food. Wow service overall (sarcasm). On top of all this they charge 10% service charge!!! And owner says on top of his voice that yes i own 5 restaurants all have 10% service charge. Rude owner. Poor service. Average food.

Service was slow, food did not match the description and is way too OVERPRICED for what you get. We had to wait a little over ONE HOUR for our food to arrive. We ordered Spaghetti Carbonara and Pad Thai (pictures attached) plus other seafood dishes. Carbonara sauce was chunky and the Pad Thai was mixed with a thick and soggy sauce that had...corn, carrot, and peas! I would recommend trying out any other restaraunt in the Patong Beach area rather than coming here.

DO NOT COME HERE. Our food took over an hour to arrive and when it did, it was nothing like was represented in the menu. We ordered a mixed salad and that is what we got (see picture). When the bill came, I was even more shocked. The seafood was EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. The only thing I was full of by the end of dinner was disappointment. Your money and time is better spent elsewhere.

WARNING: DO NOT COME HERE!!! The first red flag about this establishment would be the fact that they failed to spell quality correctly (among the plethora of other things that they failed to do). The food took an hour (in an empty restaurant) to prepare... which, on the bright side, gave me plenty of time to reflect upon my decision to eat here and write this out. Once the food finally got to us.. it. was. terrible. My friends, please heed my advice and steer clear of this place. The food is ridiculously overpriced. Overpriced and horrendous. If I could give this place no stars, I would. Food abysmal Service non existent (despite the 10% service charge) Dear Kwality Restaurant owner, if you can read this, please... be better. Do better. You can use some of the money you overcharged us with to hire chefs that can actually cook (just a small suggestion).

Liked it very much, the food is incredible, stuff is super nice, prices are reasonable (except for maybe lobster but 1st it was delicious and 2nd where is a cheap lobster) recommend to everyone definitely will come again. Some food are spicy I liked it but some people might find it difficult to eat.
