Baan Larb - Ban Talat Nua

This is a very local but authentic Thai food restaurant by the river. But there is construction along the river so there is not much of a view. The place has outdoor seating next to the river and a small air conditioned area. The food is really nice and affordable. The service is quite fast and although the place looks old, the toilets are clean.

Criminally underrated restaurant. I was a little skeptical when we arrived here but we ended up going 2 days in a row. They had the best pad see ew and mango sticky rice I had during my 7 day trip in Thailand. The tom yum was also a knock-out.

This was the best QPR meal in my entire week in Thailand. Quiet unassuming little place but the good is amazing. This place deserves some love and more reviews. Tom yum goong was great, and the mango sticky rice was heavenly. Way better than the Mae Varee in Bangkok. The Pad See Ew and the Mango Sticky Rice are top notch and Bib Gourmand worthy.

Fantastic Thai Food in a nice place with super friendly service. We tried several dishes and were amazed of everything. Anywhere in the world a restaurant on the riverside would be extra special. Just here the river is more of a downside to the experience.
