We had dinner yesterday in this restaurant, their EFPOST terminal for accepting credit cards didn’t work properly and they charged us twice from credit card and then one more time in cash. Today we checked bank account and the transaction are made. We came to request for refund but the waitress just rejected to call to manager and escaped from us. Her attitude is rather rude, not acceptable at all. We found phone of the manager by ourselves and now waiting for the manager.It’s just not acceptable to behave like this if they make a mistake and they don’t know how to use the efpost terminal.So guys, customer service here is really bad. Be aware if you don’t want to spoil your holiday.

Food was excellent and staff were very efficient and friendly

We found they do vegan food on happy cow. They didn't disappoint. I had the vegan massaman curry which I asked to be made spicy. It had a lot of flavour and tasted amazing. My wife had the pad thai which she said was brilliant. Their cocktails were amazing too.
