I booked family room. The room is clean and cozy. There are 1 king size bed and 1 single bed. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Some of them can speak in Malay. The location is just beside the main road. Only 5 minutes drive from the Hatyai Airport. There is Cafe Amazon in front of the hotel and 7E 5-minutes walk from the hotel. However, it takes 15-20 mins to go to Hatyai Town. Service: 5

We spent 1 night here on our way to Koh Lipe. It was great value for the money. The room was clean and roomy. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked great. The reception was very quick and efficient to get us checked in. The next morning checking out the reception was super helpful. We had breakfast and it was very good too. Highly recommend this place. Good value for money, rooms are clean and the staff are professional and offer good service, offering to call and arrange with the van to Koh lipe that we had booked earlier. Location is good too, and you can get a Grab to the city for a few hundred baht. There is a small but nice pool and some exercise equipment too, which was an unexpected bonus. Only complaint is that the AC struggled a bit in the morning when it was 100% humidity, but that's understandable :p

Located about 1.6 km to Hatyai International Airport, 13 km to Lee Garden Plaza Hotel and nearby 7-E, which is about 160m. Very friendly staffs. Can communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. There are 4 rows of rooms which is 1 storey (2), 2 storey and 3 storey. No elevator. A swimming pool, a small restaurant, a huge parking space and a pond. Rooms and surrounding area are clean and well taken care. Facilities in 2 storey building a television with tv box with good programs. A mini fridge, hair dryer, kettle, nescafe and 2 bottles of water. Toiletries: top and hand shower, a bottle of body and hair shampoo and a mirror There's about 9 plug No breakfast provided unless paid. It's not Halal. There's a Cafe Amazon just opposite the hotel. You need to drive to have Halal food or restaurant. If the management happens to read, please do provide a mirror in the room too. Overall, I enjoyed my 2 days here and will look forward in returning again soon. It's 8.5/10
