Contribuiți la feedbackWine connection is constant, still the standard for imported cold cut, cheese and wines. Great prices great quality of products, service is a bit slower than the shops in Bangkok but no big deal. Will comeback for sure.
Food is delicious but a little limited in quantity. Staff is OK but they do lack of professionalism. Wine is good including the house wine . Prices are acceptable as well.
We go to all of the Wine Connections and they are consistently good to great. They have wonderful lunch specials and their house wine is sufficient for the price. Each location will have its faults, and this one has a few. Despite having what appears to be plenty staff, they are non existent when you need something. We constantly had to go to the counter to ask for condiments, and even dessert. This is a Western style restaurant, serving Western food. They need a Western consultant on operations. The most aggravating point of service is their food timing. This may be a kitchen issue more than anything. We ordered a pasta bowl and a pizza. Not to be shared, but both entrees. The pasta came out 15 minutes before the pizza. These dishes need to be timed to come out the table at the same time. Watching my partner eat for 15 minutes and then finally getting my food is unacceptable. They had a total of 5 tables in the restaurant, so they weren’t exactly scrambling to prepare meals. If this happened in my home country, we would have walked. But alas, this is Asia and it doesn’t work that way here. However, if your target consumer is Western, and the food your serving is Western, then that comes with Western expectations from your customer...regardless the location.
The service was very good. The food was delicious but the cheesecake was honestly really good. It definitely lived up to my cheesecake expectations.
Getting more expensive year after year with lower food portions plus high service tax and VAT. Way you go
