Vita-nova Vegetaria - Bamberg

Always super delicious and fresh. I would like to get something (or let it be brought with me) during the lunch break. However, a small point of criticism is that the menu often only appears in the middle of the week. Mondays would be ideal;

The food is always fresh, very tasty and creative. Great that there is such a wide selection of vegan dishes or Salate! It's just a shame you don't get in barrier-free.

Yesterday on the last holiday day we have arrived here, glad to have found something vegan to eat in Bamberg! We were not disappointed! Everything was very delicious, the potato gratin cooked to the point. The Salatkombi Cherrytomate strawberry we did not know yet, take this great idea home to Bad Oeynhausen.

Small place with simple but very good lunch. the courts are in the rule so that they (potentially everyone likes; the salads are somewhat more unusual (the selection is bigger and incredibly delicious here. everything is fresh and you become tired. are very happy to go there (mostly something outside the “classical” midday time ;

I can't believe this place hasn't got any reviews yet. Ever since it opened I like going there. Perfect place for lunch and to take home some salad for dinner. I especially like their always changing salads. They always offer 2 warm main dishes, one vegetarian and one vegan (which is which is displayed as well as a soup and some patties made from couscous or lentils. They also have a huge salad bar with different, fresh and creative salads. (You best ask which ones are vegan since they have some with egg or milk as well . You can get only salads, only the main dish or a mixture. Their prices depend on the serving size starting at around 5 € for a small plate. (That is 3 salads or a bit of a warm dish and 2 salads or a larger serving of only the warm food Middle sized plate also shown in the photos is 6,50. They also have large and extra large plates for really hungry people :D. Vegetaria makes their own fresh juices but they've also got a lot of other drink options. I don't know if they got vegan desserts, they certainly have cake and other sweet stuff around though. Worth asking I would say ; The staff is always really nice and can tell you about all the ingredients in their food :
