Santorini - Bamberg

This local is our absolute place for a visit at the gree in bamberg. eating is always excellent and the portions very large. The grill plates with different types of meat are recommended. as tipp should be the salate served before the main dish to have a good mix between meat and vegetables. the spatial areas are very large, so that you get a place even at busy days. the service is always fast and accommodating at such days.This grieche is always worth a visit!

For the first time here eaten and will go to the future where different. the service was not very friendly. eating was much too salted and the meat was very dry. only the mixed salad was still ok. the only good at the restaurant is actually only the facility that is very beautiful. Nevertheless, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Have been back in this Greek restaurant for a long time, which was actually in good memory. but what was offered to us this time is not to accept and will avoid this locally from now on and will no longer recommend. have not eaten so badly for a long time. from the menu we ordered once bifteki, filled with feta, as supplement pommes and rice and once gyros baked with santorini kartoffeln. the bifteki came lukewarm and had an eclipse white grey color with grill pattern on top and bottom. the feta was stretched to 95 percent with some so-called tasteless cheese substitute, which became recognizable, because we returned the bifteki to make hot and then ran out when cutting the cheese, which is never the case at feta. the tear portion was only as large as an ice ball. the so-called santorini kartoffeln were day-old, gray pellkartoffel slices which were lying with the alleged gyros, which was warmed up old, stained pork, in a ready-packed sauce with thymian overwhelmed. the baked, consisted of about 10g cheese at most. Moreover, the portion was not sufficient for an adult. there wasn't even an apology or a discount.

We came without reservation, but still got a place in the outside area of the restaurant, possibly also because it was already 20 o'clock. the service was very friendly, the terrace more beautiful than guessed by the pictures. the courts came to us in a reasonable time and have tasted us very well. it was certainly not our last visit there, because we were surprised by the quality of the food and the price-performance ratio also convinced us.

Eating here was incredibly delicious. that did not even come close to the fantastic service we had. we felt like a family and very welcome at home.
