Toki Tako - Baltimore

This place is very good. I think their gojuchang chicken over rice is better than Ekiben's. 100% recommend it and the three taco special.

I got the ssambox. Honestly it was a big rip off. The chicken was decent, but the portion its really small, especially for 25$. It doesnt even come with rice.. it says it can feed 2-3 people. Yea maybe if they're toddlers. You can get unlimited korean bbq at places for 25-30$. I definitely do not recommend getting the ssambox, that's for sure.

Got the Korean Fried Chicken sammich, fresh and tasty. Eating areas are very clean. Food came out quick. Love the interior design here, don't usually say that about a restaurant.

I want to love this place so much because there is nothing I love more than Korean Mexican fusion. Positives first. The physical location is cute with lots of pop of pink. I went when they first opened, and I liked their food more then. I do think their ssam tacos (lettuce wrap vs flour tortilla) is better than their regular tacos. The highlight on their menu is the Korean street food tteokboki. It tastes so traditional, which I love but I also got it with the mozzarella cheese on top. This was my favorite item on the menu. It also has the fish cakes with the rice cakes. The tacos are not edible, and I'm not a purest by all means but the flavors don't work well. My photos are from when I got takeout the other day. The service is great they pack everything so well and they even out a smiley face on the bag. It's definitely more fast food but obviously better than the traditional McDonald. I would go for their tteokboki over their tacos!

As a struggling grad student I order from here on UberEats very very regularly to the point that I've tried nearly everything on the menu and I've only been living in the area for under two months. The food is always the perfect temperature, tastes fresh with perfect spice levels and I've never been disappointed by trying something new. Love you guys so much <3
